The “fresh life” day 3

Good Morning!

Yesterday morning I woke up in a “little” less pain then on Thursday. I kept wondering how in the world I was going to make it through today’s work out with Danielle and then to add a little Zumba with that to boot, I was a tad bit nervous. However, as the stars had it, plans changed… I got an early morning text from Danielle that she was having car trouble and would be late, that was my cue to ask…. hmm, maybe we should wait, maybe my little legs should wait… so we decided to hold off until Monday’s work out. Buttt, as the stars had it the first time, Ryan texted me and said he would work out with me… No break! Which actually was a good thing. Ryan and I worked on upper body and some core and did a few Yoga stretches to stretch out my very sore legs, so it was good! Funny how “life” steps in and plans change almost daily in my world…

My daily Fresh Diet cuisine was as delightful as the prior 2 days. I am pleasantly surprised that prepared food could be so tasty. However this is one of the reasons I chose this, I hate to use the word; “diet”, because it is really NOT a “diet” it is a well balanced healthy way of eating. (this is a topic for another post) So what did I eat today:

Breakfast: Exotic Mushroom & Feta Cheese Quiche with Fresh Pear

Lunch: Chicken Caesar Salad with Grape Tomato, romaine Lettuce, Whole Wheat Croutons & Sun Dried Tomato

Hor D’Oeurve: Prosciutto Ham & Melon Whole Wheat Canape

Dinner: Fillet of Salmon with Chili Pineapple Sauce with Smoky Maple Baked Beans and Steamed Broccoli

Dessert: Maple Baked Pear Filled with Mascarpone Cheese and Crusted with Crunch Oats.

Three days down…. Two work outs down…. baby steps… little victories… Yay!
