The “fresh life” day 2

day 2 the fresh diet

Day 2 came and went….

I was a “little” sore¬†from working out with Ryan on Wednesday; getting back into the work out groove is going to take some painful time…

I have to say the food from THE fresh diet continued to surprise me with the great flavor. To be honest I was a lil hungry but I suppose that is because my portions are controlled and I am on a lower calorie count then I have been eating. Hello, that is why I am doing this. Just like with my exercise I know that this is going to take me a few days to get used to. Also, on days I work out I think I will be adding a Greek Yogurt Protein Shake after my work outs. I decided this after speaking to both Ryan and the lovely crew at THE fresh diet.

Breakfast: Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Sauteed Spinach & Whole Wheat Toast

Lunch: Gorgonzola Cheese Salad with Asian Pear, Candied Walnuts, Boston Lettuce & Tart Cherry Vinaigrette

Dinner: Walnut Crusted Chicken apricot Roulade with White Bean Puree and Grilled Yellow Tomato

Hors D’ Oeurve: Asian Style Brocco-Slaw with Shredded Turkey

Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Here we go off to Day 3…
