Gorgonzola Cheese Salad with Red Grapes, Candied Walnuts, Boston Lettuce & Tart Cherry Vinaigrette

Dinner

Cajun Rubbed Grilled Skirt Steak with Tri-Color Couscous and Roasted Bell Peppers

Snack

Egg Salad with Sauteed Shallots & Whole Wheat Crackers

I never chose to have egg salad as one of my savory snacks before but it was a nice change and i loved the shallots!!

Dessert

Sauteed Pineapple with Key Lime Yogurt Topped with Toasted Coconut Flakes
