Day 20: Leave Comments on Other Blogs

Good Morning Ladies, Here we are again, Friday! Woot Woot! I cannot believe this is our fourth Friday together, wow! Let’s keep this party going strong! There were some great opinion posts this week, probably the best challenge day in people sharing their posts other then the first day where everyone wrote an elevator speech. So hands up to you ladies for a great day! I’m not so sure how our buddy-ing up is going… So please let me know in today’s comments if you didn’t get someone to review your site and I will buddy you up over the weekend.

Key Concepts: Today we’re to spend 10-15 minutes commenting on other blogs. Every time you comment, you leave a little invitation back to your site for others to follow. More importantly, through comments you can connect to other bloggers in your niche (or with your interests) and see what other readers have to say.

It’s very important NOT to come across as a spammer when you’re commenting. Leave thoughtful, relevant comments. Don’t ask others to visit your site just because you’re visiting theirs.

Questions:

Do you normally spend at least 15 minutes a day commenting on other blogs? Why or why not?

What are some reasons you DON’T comment on an entry you otherwise would have? (For example, a registration process deters me from commenting.)

Do you usually leave a comment if you visit a site?

Update: *I’d like to thank the lovely ladies of SITS whose site hosted our Problogger Winter 31 Day Challenge. At the completion of our challenge we had 63 posts on this day’s task on the SITS site’s forum.

If you are just joining us “welcome” and feel free to answer the questions here and leave a link to your post if you wrote one and we can keep the party going!
