Day 19: Write an Opinion Post For Your Blog

Welcome to Day 19 of the challenge, ladies!

I’ve been so impressed by your will to work together and produce great content. You ladies really are nothing short of amazing!

Key Concepts: Today’s task is to write an opinion post. Simply put, opinions get more clicks. Maybe the opinion is outrageous and you’ll get a lot of click through from people both supporting and opposing your view. Or perhaps your opinion isn’t very controversial at all, but your authority on the matter can help influence others. It’s important to let out your opinion every once in a while, lest you leave your readers wondering if you’re a real person.

Questions:

1. Have you written opinion posts in the past? If so, do you notice a difference in the way your writers respond to these posts?

2. Do you tend to like reading opinion posts, or do they make you uncomfortable?

Update: *I’d like to thank the lovely ladies of SITS whose site hosted our Problogger Winter 31 Day Challenge. At the completion of our challenge we had 48 posts on this day’s task on the SITS site’s forum.

If you are just joining us “welcome” and feel free to answer the questions here and leave a link to your post if you wrote one and we can keep the party going!
